All the things we’re surrounded by, that car, the houses down the street, or your laptop were all once just a thought.

Here’s a simple formula:

Thought → Emotion → Decision → Action → Things

Now, we have on average more than 6,000 thoughts crossing our minds daily. It’s impossible to control that many thoughts but we don’t need to. We can moderate the most dominant ones and learn when it’s best to take action and when it’s best to chill.
