Find harmony within yourself and your CORE SELF.

Go where you’re celebrated, not just tolerated!

Everyone wants to feel good. Every individual is, however, responsible for their own experience in this world.

Tool #1: Find points of harmony

a) Think about someone or something in your life that matters to you (could be personal or professional).
b) Make a list or gather pictures of them that are all about their positive aspects and the feel-good subjects you have in common.
c) Focus on this list or photos as it feels good and before connecting with this person or engaging in this experience.
d) Set an intention before connecting with this person or experience.

You can’t hate where you are and start loving it all of a sudden. You need to make peace with it first before harmonizing it.

e) Do your best to focus on positive aspects and your points of harmony during your interaction, even if it’s only one thing.
f) Recap the good you experienced only, or at the very least, give the good more air time than the less-than-fabulous stuff.

Tool #2: Harmonious belief upgrade

a) Choose a belief you’d like to transform. For example:

I believe I have to work a gazillion hours and do a bunch of things I don’t enjoy in order to realize the level of wealth and lifestyle I truly desire.

b) Soften this idea by stating it in a way that’s more general.

Stop owning it — move from ‘my belief’ or ‘I believe’ to “a belief”
Add the words ‘may be’ or ‘seems like’.
Be open and willing to change this belief.

c) State the new belief you’re open to embracing:

I’m open and willing to believe that I can do what I love and allow the kind of wealth and lifestyle I truly deserve to come to me with joy and ease.

Or

I’m on the path of absolutely knowing that I can do what I love and allow the kind of wealth and lifestyle I truly desire to come to me with joy and ease.

d) Answer this question:

Why would embracing this new belief be a good thing?

e) Harmonize with your new belief by staying open to seeing evidence that it can be true for you.
f) Continue to honor your personal integrity and do what feels best to you at the moment.
