Nature is a beautiful source of magnificent scenery. All the animals and greenery offer plenty to fill our hearts with joy.

Noticing what happens out in nature could tell us something about ourselves, or where we’re headed.

Honor the natural rhythms of your body:

  • eat when you’re hungry
  • drink when you get thirsty
  • rest when you get tired
  • get up & move your body → it was made to move

Tool #1: Get out & drink heavily

Get outside every day and watch animals, storms. Look at the stars. Keep water with you and keep it all day.

Tool #2: Get a daily dose of animal wisdom

Learn about your favorite animals and make notes about them daily.

Tool #3: Bring nature in

Bring fresh flowers, plants, or herbs into your room, house, or office. Allow time to care for your ‘nature representatives’ in some way daily.
